I’m Kyle, and I help people reconnect with their bodies, build real strength, and feel good about moving through life again.

I know how frustrating it is to deal with pain, injury, or just feeling stuck in your body. Especially when all you want is to feel strong, capable, and in control of your health. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, recover from a setback, or just feel better day to day, I’m here to support you.

About your coach

I’m Kyle - a personal trainer, life coach, and pain-free specialist dedicated to helping you reclaim your health and freedom.

After years of struggling with Lyme disease and chronic illness, I know what it’s like to live with pain, misalignment, and feel stuck in your own body.

The journey was long, but it gave me many powerful tools and insights that I now use to help others reconnect with their bodies and take back control of their lives.

My approach goes beyond physical fitness. It’s about identifying what’s holding you back, addressing the root causes, and restoring balance to your body, mind, and spirit - so you can move through life with strength, clarity, and vitality.
