My Story

I’ve always had a deep passion for holistic health and living life to the fullest…

From a young age, I had what you might call an intense relationship with my body. I was accident-prone—packed with energy I didn’t yet know how to harness. Eventually, I channeled that energy into sports: soccer, sprinting, cross-country, badminton, boxing, weight training, plyometrics, agility drills—you name it. But without the right guidance, I overtrained and pushed too hard. The cost: a shattered toe, five torn knee ligaments, and two calf surgeries. I had to hang up my soccer cleats.

Turning Pain Into Purpose

That injury forced me to rethink everything. I became fascinated with the mental side of performance—human behaviour, sports psychology, resilience, and mindset. I devoured books and shared insights with anyone who would listen.

I studied Kinesiology at Dalhousie University, thinking I’d become a physiotherapist. But life had other plans.

An unexpected path opened up

One that revolved around strategy, focus, and mental endurance. I became a professional poker player, traveling the world and competing in high-stakes games that demanded razor-sharp decision-making and intense emotional regulation. It was thrilling, but something felt missing. I wanted more meaning, more connection, and more purpose.

A shift in alignment

After a year of solo travel, I came home changed. Searching for my next life path, I completed Wim Hof’s 10-Week Course and Fundamentals Workshop, dove deeper into breathwork and cold exposure, started my YouTube Channel, and became a certified Life Coach. I began helping people find clarity, structure, and the motivation to pursue what they truly wanted in life.

I felt in alignment.

Then came one of the hardest chapters of my life…

In 2019, I was bitten by a tick and diagnosed with Lyme disease. It was devastating. My body and mind—my greatest tools—felt like they were failing me. Recovery was long, painful, and humbling. I worked with doctors, naturopaths, surgeons, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and shamans—anyone I thought might help. I underwent surgery, battled nerve pain, broke and dislocated my humerus, and faced the emotional toll of chronic illness.

But through that darkness came light.

I discovered that healing isn’t linear. That setbacks can be initiations—into deeper strength, insight, and purpose. I reclaimed my passion for movement—not as performance, but as medicine. I earned certifications in Personal Training and Pain-Free Movement, while continuing to deepen my studies in holistic health, nervous system regulation, and the body’s innate ability to heal.

Today, I weave it all together into customized systems that help others transform their pain into power.

At my core, I’m an observer. I’m curious about people—what drives them, what holds them back, and what makes them come alive. I see potential in others—often before they see it in themselves. And there’s nothing more fulfilling than helping someone reconnect with their body, rebuild confidence, and rise into who they’re meant to be.

Now, my mission is simple:

To help you build strength, overcome obstacles, and align with your highest potential—through Life Coaching, Personal Training, and Injury Rehabilitation.

I’ve lived the highs that make you feel unstoppable, and the lows that make you question everything. I know what it takes to come back into alignment—and I know what works.

Why the wolf?

The wolf is more than just a symbol - it’s a way of life.

Wolves embody strength, freedom, and resilience. They move through the wild with instinct, adapting to change, overcoming adversity, and thriving in even the harshest conditions. They know when to push forward and when to rest. When to lead and when to rely on the strength of their pack.

That’s what true growth is all about.

Just like a wolf, your journey to strength and vitality isn’t about blindly pushing through. It’s about finding balance, trusting yourself, and knowing when to seek support. No one does it alone. The lone wolf is often admired, and there are times in life that we must walk alone. But even the strongest wolves know - they thrive because they have a pack.
